1. Please write in a clear and nice manner2. Provide neat references.3. Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.4. All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.5. One WIP will be given after I'm finished my sketch, changes can only be asked for right then. I have the right to decline and refund if too many changes are asked of me and that i feel no longer suitable for your request.6. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity or family issues. I will notify the commissioner if any of the things stated occurs.7. I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made if its of my own doing/fault. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.8. The Commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only. claim the right of their character but not the drawing itself, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given.9. The following is considered Copyright infringement: You may not use the artwork commercially. (meaning making money of it in any way) You may not take credit for my creations, remove any watermarks, alter my artwork without my consent (this includes putting it into AI.)10. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.11.I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.12.I have the right to post and promote myself using the artwork I made for the commissioner on social media platforms. If a customer has a problem with this I need to be notified when the commission is requested. if you wish to not be tagged and remain anonymous please notify me of this as well.13.If any of the Terms above are broken/disrespected, You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again and will be put on a public blacklist.
